”A lot of emphasis is to bring Yoga as a practical tool to different workplaces and companies. Another unique aspect of Daniela is adding a spiritual and healthy lifestyle into the area of leisure and Holiday. Daniela is teaching with a wide vision combined with precise practical attention to the smallest details. She genuinely cares for people and skillfully considers their individual needs as well as strengths”

Swami Amrit Sagar, Amritsagar as she is called in yogic circles, has lived most of her life between South Africa and Greece. Having practiced yoga since the age of 15, she embarked on a more intense inner and outer journey of self-discovery and training with her lifetime teacher, Swami Sivamurti Saraswati.
She resided in her ashram, Satyanandashram Hellas, just outside Athens, Greece, for 10 years,
and qualified as a Yoga Instructor in the Satyananda Yoga tradition in 2008. She has been giving yoga classes and organizing and participating in seminars both in Greece and abroad since 2005. She regularly visits India and remains connected with the Bihar School of Yoga and the tradition for her own personal development as a yoga student.
Her interest in helping and empowering others recently led her to complete a second degree, BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy, in 2019. Above all, she believes that expanding one’s awareness and cultivating the natural ability to open up into the present and experience with one’s inner truth, remain the essence of healing and living.
